How It Works
The central section of the tap wrench contains adjustable clamping jaws designed to grip the square drive end of a tap.

How to Use
1. Secure the Workpiece
Firmly clamp the material you intend to thread in a suitable vice to prevent movement.
2. Insert the Tap

3. Align the Tap

4. Lubricate the Tap

5. Start Cutting
Turn the tap wrench steadily in the cutting direction while maintaining proper alignment.
6. Break and Clear Chips
After approximately 1–2 turns forward, reverse the wrench slightly to help break and clear the chips before continuing. This reduces the chance of chip buildup and helps prevent the tap from binding or breaking.
