The Heavy-Duty 3-Cup Aluminum Alloy Suction Lifter is a practical handling tool designed to provide a secure grip when moving large, smooth and non-porous materials.
It features a sturdy aluminum alloy frame with three large rubber suction cups. Each suction cup is fitted with an individual locking lever, allowing the cups to be secured firmly against a suitable smooth surface before lifting.
The three-point suction design distributes the load across multiple contact points, making the lifter useful when transporting and positioning large glass panels, stone slabs, mirrors, marble, granite and other smooth sheet materials.
The lightweight aluminum alloy construction provides a balance between strength and portability, making it suitable for workshops, construction sites, tile and stone installation, glazing work and general material handling.

Lifting Capacity
Three-cup suction lifters are available in different grades and capacities. Comparable aluminum-alloy models are commonly rated around 80–150 kg, depending on the specific design, suction-cup quality and surface conditions.
Important: The maximum lifting capacity of this particular unit should be confirmed against the manufacturer’s rating. Do not assume a 150 kg capacity simply because similar three-cup lifters are advertised at that rating.
Actual holding strength can also be affected by the cleanliness, flatness, porosity and condition of the surface.

Common Applications
Glass Installation:
Provides a convenient grip for carrying and positioning large glass panels, windows and mirrors.
Stone Handling:
Useful for moving smooth marble, granite and other stone slabs during fabrication and installation.
Tile Installation:
Can assist with handling large-format smooth tiles and slabs when the surface is suitable for suction.
Workshop & Construction:
Useful for transporting large, smooth sheet materials where a secure manual grip is difficult to achieve.
How to Use
- Ensure the suction cups and the surface are clean and free from dust, oil and debris.
- Position all three suction cups firmly against the smooth surface.
- Press the cups against the surface and engage each locking lever.
- Check that all three cups have established a secure vacuum grip.
- Lift and transport the material carefully using the central handle.
- Regularly monitor the suction grip during handling.
- Release the locking levers only after the material has been safely placed.
Safety Note
This tool is intended for use on clean, smooth and non-porous surfaces capable of forming a reliable vacuum seal. Always inspect the suction cups and locking mechanisms before use.
Never exceed the manufacturer’s rated lifting capacity. The stated capacity can vary according to the model and surface condition. For heavy or valuable materials, use appropriate additional lifting equipment and ensure that the load is properly supported during installation.
